Before you choose

Not sure which one to pick. Where do I start?

If you eat dairy and it agrees with you, start with the Fresh Start Meal Plan. If you don't eat dairy or want to cut down on it, go for the dairy-free plan. The Fresh Start Bundle is for you if you'd like both and want to choose day by day.

Are these high-protein meal plans?

Yes, both are. Every breakfast, lunch and dinner is built around protein, and every recipe shows its calories and macros per serving. Without dairy, the protein comes mostly from chicken and eggs, and also from white beans, chickpeas, salmon and beef.

Can I add the second meal plan later?

Yes. Once you have one meal plan, you can get the other on the platform for PLN 69, in either order. If you already had the Fresh Start Meal Plan before the dairy-free plan launched, you can get the dairy-free one for PLN 49. If you want both, the Fresh Start Bundle costs PLN 139, and buying the plans separately comes to PLN 158. Both meal plans sit under one email address.

Is it a subscription?

No. You pay once. The files you download are yours to keep, and you have the planner for at least 24 months.

I avoid dairy because of an allergy. Is this for me?

These are everyday recipes, not a medical diet. The dairy-free recipes contain no cheese, yoghurt or milk, but with an allergy always check the labels on what you buy and talk to your doctor.
